You can match a VIP by name, phone number, email address, or social handle — and add multiple of each to a single VIP (work + personal email, all their numbers, etc.). Smart fuzzy matching means "Sarah" matches "Sarah Johnson" without any extra setup.

Override Silent Mode & Do Not Disturb
